Heel hits the floor first then toes, be sure to PUSH off your toes when you walk.
Take a long stride, not a shuffle. This fires the glutes in the back and the abdominals in the front.
Legs should be a bit close together as you walk forward, not walking side to side like a duck.
Move your shoulders as you walk. Right shoulder goes forward when your left leg steps forward.
Focus on the distant horizon when you walk, not your feet.
