Gayle’s Level 1 Group Class Does!

  1. Heel hits the floor first then toes, be sure to PUSH off your toes when you walk.

  2. Take a long stride, not a shuffle. This fires the glutes in the back and the abdominals in the front.

  3. Legs should be a bit close together as you walk forward, not walking side to side like a duck.

  4. Move your shoulders as you walk. Right shoulder goes forward when your left leg steps forward.

  5. Focus on the distant horizon when you walk, not your feet.
