Introducing the “Swear Circuit” Workout:
Warm up with 10 minutes of light cardio while repeating your favorite swear word. This can be while you’re walking on the treadmill or on the recumbent bike, or even on a walk.
Move on to strength training, here you will do 10 repetitions of chair-assisted squats, banded chest presses, and bicep curls while shouting “$%@! yeah, I’ve got this!” Repeat 3 times to rack in the benefits.
Finish with a cool down of stretching, where you’ll do a modified cat/cow while whispering “$%@!,I’m flexible!”
