How Much Water Should I Be Drinking?

Signs Of Dehydration
Dehydration, meaning not enough water, can show itself in many different ways. Knowing the signs of dehydration can help keep you from serious harm, especially in the warmer months of the year!
Mild to moderate dehydration can manifest as:
Increased thirst.
Dry mouth.
Tired or sleepy.
Decreased urine output.
Urine is low volume and more yellowish than normal.
Headache.
Dry skin.
Dizziness.
Eat Your Water!
Did you know that certain foods contain higher amounts of water that can help keep you hydrated? These fruits and vegetables are at least 70% water, and many also contain nutrients (like fiber and glucose) that help with hydration.
