Heart Recovery Test after Exercise

During exercise your heart rate should be well above your resting heart rate.

Even though that is important, what you should be looking at is your heart’s ability to recover, post workout.

A strong heart should see a substantial drop in it’s beats per minute within the first minute of recovery.

Ultimately, the faster the heart recovers, the fitter it is.
