20 Minute Class with Gayle!
For residents who feel comfortable getting on the ground, and laying on a mat to stretch. Be sure you feel able to get up off the ground when we are finished. There will be a chair near you, if you need it to get back up again!
This class will truly stretch your whole body and make it feel good!
