Apple Pie Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. rolled oats

  • 1/2 c. milk of choice

  • 1/4 c. non-fat Greek yogurt

  • 1 tblsp. chia seeds

  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 1/4 c. diced apples

  • 1 tblsp. chopped pecans

  • 2 tsp. maple syrup

  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

  1. Place ingredients into container

  2. Cover with lid or plastic

  3. Place in fridge overnight

  4. Uncover and enjoy
